Bye-Bye old kicks
I’ve really pushed these guys to their limit! Two years and who knows how many miles later, I think it’s time to put them to bed… It’s easy to get caught up in life, but don’t sacrifice your health and comfort. Experts recommend not to push your shoes past 500 miles, but know that individual wear and tear is different for everyone because of variances in running technique. Remember, if your step doesn’t feel right anymore, it may be time for a replacement.
